This boat trip from Split to the Blue Lagoon is the best way to spend half a day. The route goes through three islands: Šolta, Čiovo, and the Blue Lagoon. There are departures in the morning and afternoon, and each trip takes about 4.5 hours.
The first stop is a charming fishing village on the island of Šolta. Stone houses, quiet harbours, and the feeling of a place untouched by mass tourism. Take a short stroll, soak in the atmosphere, or simply enjoy the view from the waterfront.
The boat then takes you to the island of Čiovo. Away from the busy side, Čiovo hides quiet coves with pine trees reaching down to the water’s edge. The boat stops at one of these sheltered bays where the sea is calm and perfectly clear. A peaceful spot to swim and enjoy the unspoiled coastline.
The final stop is the famous Blue Lagoon, tucked between Drvenik Veli and a cluster of small islands. Turquoise water, rocky islets, and a bay that looks like it belongs in the Caribbean. This is the highlight of the tour. Swim, snorkel, or paddle around the shallow lagoon. The colours have to be seen to be believed.
All tours run on custom-built Colnago speedboats with a maximum of 12 guests. Shaded seating area, WiFi, onboard restroom, and snorkeling gear included. Because of the small group size, there is more space to move around and more time in the water.
Two departures daily: morning (09:30–14:00) and afternoon (14:30–19:00). As a result, this tour fits easily into a longer trip or a short city break.
Board the boat on Split's Riva waterfront. A quick safety briefing, and then out onto the Adriatic.
The first stop is a charming fishing village on Šolta. Stone houses, a quiet harbour, and a pace of life that feels worlds away from the city. Take a stroll, enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear sea, or simply relax by the water. One hour to explore, swim, and soak up the sun.
Visit Čiovo, a green island just minutes from Trogir. One side faces the town, while the other hides quiet coves, pine forests, and crystal-clear sea. The perfect spot to escape the crowds and enjoy an unspoiled coastline.
The famous lagoon. Turquoise water, sandy bottom, sheltered from the wind.
Back to the Riva. Half a day, three islands, and that pleasant kind of tired.
